1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the access and use of Anticips, a SaaS platform for AI-powered maintenance management, available at anticips.com. By signing up, you accept these terms in full.

3. Service Description
Anticips is an AI-powered maintenance management platform (CMMS). Key features include: incident reporting via QR codes or direct links, AI-powered classification and routing, SLA monitoring and contractor performance tracking, historical data import and analysis, contractor portal, and REST API with webhooks (depending on plan).

VAT is not applicable as the provider is a French auto-entrepreneur (Article 293 B, CGI). The displayed price is the price charged.
5. Free Trial
A 14-day free trial is offered to new customers, with no commitment and no credit card required. The trial provides full access to Pro plan features. After the trial, if no paid plan is selected, the account becomes read-only for 30 days, then data is deleted. The free trial is limited to one use per individual or organization.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe (Stripe, Inc., San Francisco, CA). Payment details are never stored on our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically. After 3 failed payment attempts, access may be restricted.
7. Plan Changes
Customers may upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time from the billing page. Upgrades are prorated and billed immediately. Downgrades are credited on the next invoice.
8. Cancellation
Customers may cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal or by emailing . Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued. After cancellation, the account is read-only for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
9. AI Disclaimer
The service uses artificial intelligence for incident classification, photo analysis, and maintenance recommendations. AI results are provided as suggestions only and must be validated by the user. The provider does not guarantee AI accuracy and shall not be held liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions.
10. Data & Privacy
The provider complies with GDPR. Each client's data is isolated in a dedicated database schema. No data is sold, shared with third parties for advertising, or used for purposes other than service operation. Data is hosted in Europe. For requests: .
11. Liability
The provider's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months. The provider shall not be held liable for indirect damages, data loss due to improper use, or interruptions beyond its control.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
